Different from card-type prepaid meters, this model integrates a physical numeric keypad, users input 20-digit STS recharge token to complete electricity top-up without IC card. Large LCD screen clearly shows remaining credit, total power consumption, voltage & alarm codes.

5. Working Principle
- Landlord / power station generates 20-digit STS recharge token through vending system after tenant payment.
- Tenant enters token code via the built-in keypad on STE18 meter.
